(Cancellations regarding Day conferences)
Reduction of participants up to 10 % can be made before 11.00 o’clock three business days before the conference starts at no charge.
The person making the reservation is responsible for any charges that might occur in lieu of the reservation. If the participants pay for themselves separately, the person making the reservation is responsible for informing the participants of our cancellation policy.
A good rule to remember in order to avoid cancellation fees is to make the reservation for fewer participants than is to be expected since cancellations occur frequently.
Payments should be made no later than 20 days from the billing date. After which time we charge 2 % interest per started month up until payment is made.
